Reports about protected domains are read by our trust & safety team and escalated when the evidence supports it.
What we review
Phishing, malware, fraud, spam, botnets, credential theft, illegal activity, trademark and copyright infringement, impersonation, child safety, and threats of harm.
What happens to a report
We review each report, and where appropriate forward it to the registrant or escalate to the registrar. Serious categories are prioritised. We do not disclose the registrant's identity as part of handling a report.
Hosting complaints
GuardPrivacy provides WHOIS privacy; it does not necessarily host a domain's website. For content hosted elsewhere we can provide guidance without disclosing registrant details.
Evidence
Please include URLs, email headers, timestamps and screenshots. Better evidence means faster, more effective handling.
