GuardPrivacy exists to protect personal information, so we collect and keep as little as possible.
What we collect
When you use the contact or abuse forms we collect the information you provide (your name, email, message and any evidence) plus limited technical data such as your IP address, needed to prevent abuse and to relay replies.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review, relay and, where appropriate, escalate your message. We do not sell it, and we do not place personal data into third-party analytics.
Registrant data
For protected domains we hold the registrant's relay contact so we can forward legitimate messages. This information is encrypted at rest and is never exposed to senders or published.
Retention
Tickets, attachments and logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, then anonymised or deleted according to our retention settings.
Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you, subject to legal limits. Contact us through the forms on this site.
